Privacy and cookie policy

1. Data controller

SADE INVEST GROUP (RCS Toulouse 103 962 809), 3 rue Desirat, 31350 Boulogne-sur-Gesse, France, publisher of v-shield.net and the V-Shield service. Contact: contact@v-shield.net.

2. Data collected and purposes

  • Subscription and customer account: email, site address, billing details. Card data is entered directly with Stripe and never reaches us. Legal basis: contract; accounting obligations.
  • Contact form: name, email, subject, message, and optionally site address and phone number. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest.
  • Service operation: files, logs and technical data of protected sites, processed on behalf of the customer.
  • Visit origin: campaign parameters in the URL (utm_*, gclid, fbclid) are attached to your contact request or subscription to measure our campaigns. Kept for the visit, or 30 days if you accept analytics or advertising.
  • Website security: IP address and technical logs, kept up to 12 months (legitimate interest).

3. Recipients and processors

Stripe Payments Europe (payments), ACME SAS (hosting, France), our email delivery provider, and — only with your consent — Meta Platforms Ireland (Meta Pixel) and Google Ireland (Google Analytics, Google Ads), which may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is never sold.

4. Cookies and trackers

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or customise trackers that require consent; rejecting is as easy as accepting. Your choice is kept for 6 months. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. No consent-based tracker is set before you agree.

Exempt trackers: vs_consent (your cookie choices, 6 months), NEXT_LOCALE (site language), admin session cookie (staff only), Plausible analytics if enabled (no cookie, anonymous aggregated statistics, EU hosting), campaign parameters of the current visit (browser session storage).

Trackers requiring consent: Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*, up to 13 months) and vs_utm (visit origin, 30 days). Advertising — Meta Pixel (_fbp, 3 months) and Google Ads (_gcl_au, 3 months): conversion measurement for our Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns (key page views, contact requests, checkout start, completed subscription and its amount) and ad audiences.

The payment page is hosted by Stripe (checkout.stripe.com), which sets its own cookies required for payment security.

5. Retention

Customer data: subscription term plus 3 years. Accounting records: 10 years. Unfollowed contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange. Technical logs: up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@v-shield.net; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
